Helpful and friendly staff. It was straightforward to make a direct booking with the hotel for the days preceding my weekend booking made via Booking.com. This was a mixed work / leisure trip and had initially selected a lower budget hotel for the work part, but really needed better facilties such as safe, iron etc for my stay. Spacious room and relaxed atmosphere in hotel. Good breakfast!

Lovely hotel with excellent reception staff, friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and the bedroom was large and it was nice having a separate toilet to the bathroom and having a fully equipped kitchen area, which would be great if staying at the hotel for a while. The bed was extremely comfortable. I only stayed for a few hours overnight so didn’t get to use any of the other facilities in the hotel. There is a tram stop a 2 minute walk from the hotel that runs regularly from 4:45 and only took about 5 minutes to the airport.

We were there for access to the airport, and for that, the location was perfect. (If you want a hotel to see Bordeaux, maybe consider something closer to town.) The pool area is great to wind down at the end of the day and the hotel has spa facilities, a very comfortable restaurant and bar, both with outdoor areas. The room was well appointed with plenty of space for our large bags. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff.

Easy to find, and only minutes away from the Airport. Restaurant and Cafè on site, also Spa and Swimming Pool, but I did not use them. Ample parking within the property. Lovely spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed. No noise of planes or traffic at all. Breakfast was good, lots of choice of hot or cold. Very welcoming Reception staff, especially Ava, who helped me out several times, always with a smile.

Great outdoor pool open late and free to use. Comfy bed, zero plane noise owing to secondary glazing and friendly, efficient staff. Superb location for 3min tram to airport ( running each 20mins).

The bar and restaurant staff were wonderful. Attentive, friendly and very helpful and couldn't do enough to make my stay enjoyable. 10 stars!!! Ambience and food was excellent. Pool area great, clean and well run. Bedroom huge, bed enormous, so comfortable I wish I had one like that at home. It was lovely and I felt very pampered. Morning reception lady was lovely, easy check out and my taxi to the airport was there in good time to get my flight.

Very convenient for airport as right beside tram stop. Felt very safe & bedroom very clean & comfy. Staff were friendly & helpful from the reception to the bar & especially the restaurant. Food was okay for an overnight stay.
